- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 - 3 green onions, minced
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated or minced ginger

- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced or grated fresh ginger

- You could use ground turkey instead of ground beef.

Here's how to make it:
- Put all the meatball ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and put onto a baking sheet that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepot. Cook over low heat until warm.
- When the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and stir to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions, minced from chives or sesame seeds, if desired.
