My family goes nuts for these oven-baked pork chops. Sometimes, I change it up and dunk it in ranch dressing instead of the egg and milk mixture. Try this crispy baked pork chop recipe both ways. Either way, you will love how fast and delicious they are for dinner.

To make these pork chops you will need boneless pork chops, milk, an egg, cornflakes cereal, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Serve these crispy pork chops with a tossed green salad for dinner or your favorite side dishes.

Recipe Notes

  • Be careful when turning the pork chops over so you don't disturb the crust.
  • Allow the pork chops to rest a few minutes before serving.
  • You could use bone-in pork chops for this recipe, but may have to adjust cooking time.
  • Instead of milk and egg, use ranch dressing.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Place milk and egg in a shallow bowl and whisk to combine. Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper. In another shallow bowl, toss smashed cornflakes with cheese.
  2. Dip the pork chops into the seasoned milk and egg mixture, then press into the cornflakes and cheese mixture to coat well. Place on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet coated well with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Spray the top of the chops with the cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees F internal temperature.
