Hidden Valley Broiled Fish Recipe: Grandma's Original Ranch Fish Recipe

Ranch dressing can be used in so many different ways other than salads. The dry seasoning adds so much flavor to a recipe. After finding the original Hidden Valley fried chicken recipe, I wanted something else to use those dry ranch salad dress mixes on. Maybe something healthier, too. Enter the Hidden Valley broiled fish recipe that is grandma approved.

This easy broiled fish recipe has just five ingredients: dry ranch seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil, dry white wine and fish fillets. The ranch dressing mix, lemon juice, olive oil and wine is stirred together in a shallow dish. The fish take a short 30-minute bath in the mixture to soak up the flavors. Then, the marinated fish fillets are broiled until they flake easily with a fork.

Any fish will work for this recipe, from snapper to sole to tilapia to cod. Just keep in mind that the thicker the fish, the longer the cooking time. Serve this easy fish recipe for lunch or dinner with your favorite side dishes.
