On Taco Tuesday (or Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) do you automatically grab ground beef for those tacos? Instead, why not surprise your family with some crispy, crunchy fish tacos? They are not hard to make at all!
This easy fish tacos recipe uses cod and is double fried for extra crispiness. You could use any firm white fish instead of cod. Serve with your favorite taco toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)

- 1 pound cod fillets, cut into long, wide strips
- vegetable oil, for frying
- corn tortillas or flour tortillas (about 12 to 16), warmed
