Sweet 3-Ingredient Chocolate Sauce Recipe to Pour Over Everything by 30Seconds Food

Brownies. Cookies. Cakes. Ice cream. Pancakes. Waffles. Desserts. Whatever! This easy three-ingredient chocolate sauce recipe can be drizzled over whatever you want to make decadent – or more decadent.
The quick homemade chocolate sauce is made with butter, unsweetened chocolate, powdered sugar and water. The butter and chocolate are cooked together over low heat until melted. Stir in the powdered sugar, then add enough water to get it to your desired thickness. You can make it thicker or more pourable by the amount of boiling water you drizzle in. The chocolate sauce hardens when it cools, so use it immediately (and be generous!).

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons boiling water

- Put the butter and chocolate into a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted together.
- Add the powdered sugar into the melted chocolate. Whisk the mixture and drizzle in the boiling water until it's at your desired thickness. Use immediately.
