To make these cheesecake treats you will need cream cheese, butter, pumpkin puree, sweetener of choice, coconut flour or almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and optional chopped nuts. The ingredients are simply mixed together and shaped into balls. Refrigerate about an hour to firm them up, then dig in! This easy cheesecake balls recipe can be made keto friendly (aka fat bombs).

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 8 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 6 tablespoons sugar substitute or granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons coconut flour or almond flour (or flour of choice)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Recipe Notes
- Be sure to have the cream cheese at room temperature before making the recipe.
- Use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- You could use regular all-purpose flour, but they would not be gluten-free.
- Store the cheesecake bites in an airtight container in the fridge.
Here's how to make it:
- Cream together the cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer.
- Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in the nuts.
- Form the mixture into balls and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
