We have apple baked oatmeal, pumpkin baked oatmeal, blueberry baked oatmeal and even fig baked oatmeal. Now, we have a pear baked oatmeal recipe! It's a healthy and satisfying breakfast option for cooler months.

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. In a bowl, combine the eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla and butter. Mix well.
  2. Add the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and chopped pears. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts, if using.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 40 minutes or until golden.
