• 1 cup sugar
• dash of salt
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Here's how to make it: 

1. Cream together the butter, sugar and dash of salt with an electric mixer, about 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add the milk, vanilla and cocoa powder. Stir until combined.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy on a spoon, roll into balls or stir bits of the cookie dough into vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
