Turmeric Eggs: This Breakfast Recipe May Help Fight Inflammation

Since I suffer from a chronic illness, I have searched out recipes to help me spice up my meals while helping to kick my body into combating inflammation. Here's a really simple recipe for turmeric eggs that I enjoy often for breakfast. Turmeric is rich in a compound called curcumin, which some studies suggest can help manage oxidative and inflammatory conditions. As always, check with your physician when adding herbs to your diet.
