Curry Chicken Salad Recipe: How to Make Quick Indian-style Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Spruce up chicken salad with an Indian twist. Using a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store saves you time. Serve on bread with a bed of lettuce or on top of a green salad with light dressing.

I love chicken salad. A new restaurant in town has one of my favorites now, and I've been trying to get them to tell me what's in it. :-) They also have a curry chicken salad. Going to try your recipe, Belinda Lichty Clarke .
