Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of your favorite dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, herbs de provence, parsley, etc.)
- salt and pepper, to taste
