This Orange Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe Is a Refreshing Homemade Salad Dressing Option

Shake things up with this tangy, refreshing orange Dijon salad dressing recipe. Pour it over salad greens, spinach salad or pasta salad. Heck, it would even be a great marinade for chicken, shrimp or fish.

You'll need:

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or a jar with a screw lid. 
  2. Whisk or shake until combined. 
  3. Taste. Add more salt and pepper (or any ingredient!) to suit your tastes. Refrigerate until ready to use.

I had this last night on pasta salad and this afternoon on my spring mix salad. It's really good and tastes like summer. Hope ya'll enjoy!

I had some of this dressing leftover, so after I cooked some baby carrots, I poured some of it over them and continued to cook until it "glazed" them. They were so good! Love this versatile dressing!
