Weekend Snacking: How to Make Easy Cauliflower Wings (Don't Be Chicken)!

Love chicken wings, but looking for a healthy alternative? Try cauliflower wings! I am definitely a Frank’s RedHot lover and this recipe hits the spot when I am craving something with a little heat and crunch. Plus, as a bonus, it is relatively guilt free, which is why this recipe is a staple in my house. It is super easy, too – a win-win!

You’ll need:

  • cauliflower, broken into florets
  • panko bread crumbs
  • butter, melted
  • Frank’s RedHot Sauce

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Bread cauliflower in panko bread crumbs.
  2. Bake cauliflower for about 30 minutes, until slightly brown.
  3. Mix equal amounts to your preferred taste of melted butter and Frank’s RedHot. Enjoy!
