You'll need:
- vodka
- carrot juice
- apple juice
- ice
- fresh mint
Here's how to make it:
- Fill shaker or pitcher with ice.
- Add 1 part vodka, 1 part carrot juice and 1 part apple juice. Shake or stir.
- Fill glass with ice and pour cocktail. Garnish with fresh mint.
