4-Ingredient Glazed Steak Tips Recipe Is Gourmet in 15 Minutes Flat

First you get the sweet of the glaze, then the kick from the red pepper flakes. This molasses beef steak tips recipe is good enough for your Saturday night dinner parties and easy enough for those crazy Monday nights – or Father's Day.

The ingredient list is incredibly short and simple for this glazed beef tips recipe: sirloin steak, molasses, apple cider vinegar and crushed red pepper flakes. Plus, you'll need a little vegetable oil to cook them in. The steak pieces are seared until browned and at your desired doneness, then the glaze is poured in to coat. Cook a couple more minutes and you are done.

You could also use ribeye steak or even tenderloin for this steak night dinner. Serve this easy beef recipe with mashed potatoes, a salad and your favorite vegetable

  1. Combine the molasses, vinegar and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the steak on all sides, about 5 minutes total. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Pour the molasses mixture into the skillet and simmer until it gets thick, about 3 minutes, scraping up any brown bits.
  4. Add steak back into the skillet and stir to coat.
