Get your green on with a Prairie Organic Spirits cocktail. Because nothing says the weekend is here quite like a tasty cocktail made from single vintage organic corn, like this Cucumber Gimlet!

You’ll need:

• 1 1/2 ounces Prairie Cucumber Flavored Organic Vodka
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup (Chef Gigi tells you how to make it here)
• 1 ounce lime juice
• soda water

Here’s how you make it:

1. Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a lowball glass.
3. Top with soda water.
