With only three wholesome ingredients, the health benefits of bananas, the health benefits of dark chocolate, the health benefits of oats and ready in just 20 minutes, you can't go wrong!
To make this gluten-free cookie recipe you will need to gather the following ingredients: overripe bananas, gluten-free rolled oats, dark chocolate chips and optional ground cinnamon for all you cinnamon lovers out there. The ingredients are simply mixed together then baked up in the oven. Quick and easy.

Ingredients
- 2 large, ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2/3 cups organic dark chocolate chips
- cinnamon (optional)

- Store the cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
- You could use semisweet or milk chocolate chips instead of dark.
- For best results, do not overbake the cookies.
Here's how to make it:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until thoroughly moist.
- Spoon onto a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, if using.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
