Happy birthday, Melissa Hurt ! You are an inspiration. I am older than you and way behind you in making healthy changes. My husband was told a couple years ago that he was pre-diabetic, and he made lifestyle changes, lost over 40 pounds and is no longer pre-diabetic. It can be done! You have inspired me to work harder on getting in shape. Tho I did join the gym a couple weeks ago. Baby steps. :-)

I’m so glad you feel inspired to find lifelong health. Thanks for your message!!!

How wonderful, Melissa Hurt ! Way to go. I walk and do yoga, but need to get back into strength training. I also try to eat an anti-inflammatory diet, but can always do better. Thank you for the inspiration, and happy birthday to you! 🎉

Yes, it's amazing how much strength training has helped my energy.

I love everything about this! Way to make yourself a priority and to make time for things that fuel your mind, body & soul. I aspire to do the same and stay CONSISTENT and dedicated. Thanks for sharing and inspiring!

You are my inspiration! This year I am really focused on achieving goals and overcoming fears holding me back from certain dreams I have. At 47 I think it is about time to let some things go. haha
