On the outside, Kristy appeared to have a seemingly perfect life: a devoted husband, three healthy children, financial stability, recognition in the community and a beautiful, lakeside home with the proverbial white picket fence. But inside, she was falling apart. She chronicles her transformation in her book, and she will be sharing more about it with us on #30Seconds Live!

Kristy is also president of Bliss Spiritual Co-op, a non-profit retreat house in Mount Pleasant, S.C. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. An inspirational speaker, her mission is to help people discover their true selves and find their “happy.” She lives with her husband and three children (all pieces of her soul), who have loved her through the ups and downs of life. Kristy lives each day knowing she is exactly where she needs to be. She has learned through the exploration of life that she is enough.
