So agree! Get rid of those resolutions that in the end make you feel like shit. Because it just ads pressure on ourselves that’s unnecessary. Loving yourself better everyday no matter if it’s a new year or not is more important 💗

It is so much easier for me to suggest to someone else that they utilize self-compassion than myself. I've put it on my bulletin board above my desk as a daily reminder. I've also detoxed from news, Facebook, and IG a bit and find myself placing more time on the things that are moving ME forward. I am always happy to support someone else but need to not allow it to keep distracting me from my dreams. (Or keeping me out of my fear...) Here's to a brilliant 2020 for everyone!
