I think this treatment would help set up the basis for a good recovery, I just wish you could somehow add one more letter; a "p" for having a positive attitude. Being a fighter for 34 years (since I was 12), if it's one thing I've learned, being positive is what's going to get you up out of bed and moving around, exercising. Negativity and complaining can habe disastrous results in the mind of someone with fibromyalgia.
