Hilaria Baldwin, wife of actor Alec Baldwin, joined Dr. Oz to talk about her eating disorder and her life as a yoga guru. Baldwin has developed a method for using movement and mindfulness to create a mind-body connection that is based on five principles:

- Breathing
- Grounding
- Balance
- Letting Go
Baldwin says if you practice these five principles, you will:
- Become motivated to exercise
- Eat more clearly
