Try Yoga for Strength, Flexibility & Relaxation! My Favorite Pose Is... Fitness Mindfulness
All day long you lift, bend and do all kinds of physical work – being a mom is hard on your body. Have you tried yoga? Not only does it work the kinks out after a long day, it also increases strength, flexibility and relaxation.
First thing in the morning or last thing at night, I do a couple poses to stretch myself out. My favorite is child’s pose (not only because of the great name!) because it makes me feel good. I kneel, tuck myself into a ball, stretch out my arms in front of me and hold the pose for as long as it feels good (usually about 20 seconds).
