This is an awesome article, Dr. Alan Lindemann . I delivered my identical twin daughters at 34 weeks, and one of them (Baby B) was breech. She came out feet first, three minutes after her sister. Baby A weighed 4.5 pounds, and Baby B weighed 5 pounds. I was grateful they were born healthy after six weeks of hospitalized bed rest!
