What Does It Mean to Be a Spiritual Person? Here's What I Think...

To be spiritual means knowing what moves your spirit. The difference between those who heal from trauma, abuse, adverse childhood experiences and those who don’t is that people who heal know how to run their energy.

You should run your energy daily, several times a day. Don’t hold on to:

  • grief
  • sadness
  • fear
  • anger
  • frustration

Instead, use your intention to actively run your energy through and out the base of the spine. Take long deep breaths into the low belly, exhale out the base of the spine.

How do you run your energy?

This is beautiful, Lisa Faremouth Weber . I love the phrase, "run your energy." I like to think I do this with breathing exercises, meditation, yoga and walking. Need to work on several times a day, though. Thank you for this lovely inspiration!
