28 Things to Do in February to Love Your Heart (Yes, Wine & Laughter Are Involved!)

February is the month to celebrate love – and heart health. Take advantage of the mood – and the short month – with a healthy fix a day to keep heart trouble away. This could be done in any month!

  1. Go for a walk. 
  2. Eat breakfast. 
  3. Add a vegetable. 
  4. Read a book. 
  5. Snack on nuts. 
  6. Choose fish over red meat. 
  7. Wash your hands. 
  8. Skip the salt. 
  9. Write a to-do list. 
  10. Hug your spouse. 
  11. Limit the fat. 
  12. Take the stairs. 
  13. Don’t overdo caffeine. 
  14. Laugh. 
  15. Quit smoking. 
  16. Have a glass of wine. 
  17. Try a new fruit. 
  18. Shed a pound. 
  19. Turn off the screens. 
  20. Take your medications. 
  21. Connect with an old friend. 
  22. Floss. 
  23. Get your snoring in check.
  24. Dance. 
  25. Schedule a checkup. 
  26. Sleep for at least seven hours.
