The 5 Pillars of Health In Energy Medicine:  7 Vital Actions for a Healthy Life!

What are the five pillars of health in energy medicine? They are rest, hydration, nutrition, exercise and personal choice. Here are some tips that help me live a healthier life:

  • Choose who you spend time with and what you do with your time and money. Your body is sacred and so is your time.
  • Go to bed at the same time every night.
  • Wake up before the sun.
  • Take a daily savanna or lie down around 3 p.m. for 15 minutes of long deep breathing.
  • Drink water.
  • Try adding fresh mint and frozen pineapple for a yummy treat. 
  • Love yourself by loving others.
