Want Toned Arms? Here's the Exercise You Need to Do!

Who doesn't want toned arms like Michelle Obama? They're achievable with the right exercises! If you think that push-ups are just for guys, you’re wrong! Try one. 

  • Begin at the top of a push-up with your wrists in line with shoulders. 
  • Slowly lower yourself to the ground while keeping your belly pulled in and your hips in line with your spine. 
  • Bend your knees and push yourself back up. 

That’s one! The hardest part is coming back up. Now, keep going. Sooner than you think, you’ll be able to do more and more. You'll have toned arms in no time!
