Ingredients
- 2 naan flatbreads (4 ounces each)
- 4 ounces pesto
- 2 cups Italian blend shredded cheese
Here's how to make it:
- Preheat griddle to medium-low. Place naan flatbreads on griddle 1 minute and then flip.
- Spread pesto evenly on each flatbread and sprinkle cheese over top. Lower griddle lid or cover with melting dome 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove and cut each flatbread into 6 strips before serving.
