Ingredients

• 1 French baguette
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
• crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

Here's how to make it: 

1. Cut the bread into cubes. Put them into a mixing bowl.
2. Sprinkle with the garlic salt, dried Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes, if using. Drizzle with the olive oil. Toss to coat. Put the croutons in a single layer on a baking sheet. 3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 15 to 18 minutes, flipping over halfway through, or until golden. Remove and allow to cool before using. Store the croutons in an airtight container.
