Southern Biscuit Croutons Recipe: Save Those Leftover Biscuits Bread/Muffins Salads

The biscuit bread that I made a few days ago was too good to throw out. What to do with the leftovers? Make biscuit croutons! This easy crouton recipe is the perfect solution for leftover biscuits.

I didn't season mine with anything extra, but you could sprinkle with dried herbs, fresh herbs or your favorite seasoning blend. Store the croutons in an airtight container.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Cut the leftover biscuits into cubes and put onto a baking sheet. Spray with nonstick olive oil spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven until dried out and golden, about 10 minutes. (Watch them close because they can burn quickly!) Remove and cool.
