- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 large garlic cloves
- zest from 1 lemon (medium sized)
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper (or to taste)
