  1. Combine the agave nectar, Sriracha, sesame oil, vegetable oil and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. 
  2. Pour the cauliflower onto an aluminum foil- or parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
