Cheesy Vegan Buffalo Baked "Chicken" Dip Recipe Is Amazing Vegan Appetizers

Ingredients 

• 1 small cauliflower, chopped
• 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
• 1 cup cooked potato
• 1 cup raw cashews
• 1/2 cup canned white beans
• 1/4 cup nut milk
• 1/4 cup vegetable broth
• 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 cup shredded vegan cheese

Here's how to make it:

1. Mix the cauliflower with the buffalo sauce. Pour onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 450-degree F oven until crisp, about 20 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
2. Put the remaining ingredients except vegan cheese into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
3. Add the cauliflower and stir to combine. Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with the vegan cheese. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
