Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cooked potato
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup canned white beans
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
Here's how to make it:
- Mix the cauliflower with the buffalo sauce. Pour onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 450-degree F oven until crisp, about 20 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
- Put the remaining ingredients except vegan cheese into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
- Add the cauliflower and stir to combine. Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with the vegan cheese. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
