Cantaloupe Water Recipe: This Fruit Water Recipe Is a Refreshing Way to Stay Hydrated Beverages Fruit

To help stay hydrated and increase my vitamin C intake, mandarin water has been my to-go drink. But sometimes you just need something different.

While sipping on this refreshing fruit water one day, it reminded me of drinking cantaloupe water in Mexico. What if I replaced the mandarins with cantaloupe? Would it work? Yep, it did.

Cuisine: Mexican
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • cantaloupe chunks (I used about 10)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put all ingredients into a  blender.
  2. Blend on high until thoroughly pureed.
  3. Pour through a  strainer into a container or glass. Serve.
