3-Ingredient Fresh Apple Salsa Recipe Is Healthy Gameday Snacking Appetizers Fruit Snacks
While it's fun to snack on creamy dips, queso and other appetizers during get-togethers, it is always nice to have a healthy option, too. This fresh apple salsa recipe is just what the doctor ordered!
The simple three-ingredient salsa is made with fresh apples, red onion and fresh cilantro. Put those healthy ingredients into a bowl and toss to combine. If you like, you could season with a little salt and pepper.
Serve this fresh, healthy apple salsa with baked tortilla chips. This fruit salsa is also delicious spooned over grilled chicken, shrimp or fish. Store the apple salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If you don't use Opal® Apples, be sure to eat it right away as other apples will start to turn brown.
