Cantaloupe Water Recipe: This Fruit Water Recipe Is a Refreshing Way to Stay Hydrated by Donna John

To help stay hydrated and increase my vitamin C intake, mandarin water has been my to-go drink. But sometimes you just need something different.
While sipping on this refreshing fruit water one day, it reminded me of drinking cantaloupe water in Mexico. What if I replaced the mandarins with cantaloupe? Would it work? Yep, it did.

Ingredients
- cantaloupe chunks (I used about 10)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
Here's how to make it:
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until thoroughly pureed.
- Pour through a strainer into a container or glass. Serve.
