This no-bake Easter cake is just too cute, right? It's so easy to make with no oven required. Perfection. This easy cake recipe is the perfect dessert for Easter Day.

The cake is made with cream-filled chocolate cookies, instant chocolate pudding, milk, cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, non-dairy whipped topping, Peeps, Twizzlers, vanilla frosting and food coloring. With minimal time, the ingredients are transformed into an adorable bunny and carrot cake. So cute!

Because you don't have to bake this Easter dessert, you free up the oven for that baked ham, side dishes and bread or rolls. The kids would have so much fun helping you make this no-bake cake.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 1 hour
Cook Time: 0 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour
Servings: Makes 1 cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream-filled chocolate cookies (Oreos)
  • 2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 cups milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 package Easter Peeps Bunnies
  • green pull-apart Twizzlers
  • vanilla frosting
  • food coloring

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Crush the Oreos and set aside.
  2. Color the frosting orange using food coloring. Set aside.
  3. Whisk the pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and butter on medium speed. Once it’s light and fluffy, reduce speed to low and add powdered sugar. Increase the speed until it’s fluffy again.
  5. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture and then the Cool Whip.
  6. To assemble, layer crushed Oreos on the bottom of a large rectangular glass dish. Then layer the pudding mix and top with more Oreos.
  7. Once the final layer has been achieved, add decorations by piping orange vanilla icing in rows across the cake to look like rows of carrots. Add the green Twizzlers to look like the green part of the carrot.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  9. Scatter some bunny Peeps around the carrots just before serving.
