Check out all the health benefits of Greek yogurt.
This sweet and creamy high-protein yogurt sauce recipe makes a delicious topping or dip. With just two ingredients and in only two minutes, you can add sweet and creamy flavor to a variety of dishes. I was looking for a way to add protein (here's why we need to get enough protein) and nutrition to my pancakes, but I still wanted that yummy maple syrup flavor. So I combined maple syrup with plain Greek yogurt and this yummy sauce was the result. You could add a touch of vanilla extract, if you like, but that's optional.
All you have to do is simply mix the two ingredients then serve the sauce with your favorite dishes or desserts. I served this velvety smooth sauce on top of pancakes for breakfast and for brunch, and also as a dip with fresh fruit. It's a simple, quick and delicious way to boost flavor and nutrition!
