Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Marcona almonds
- 1 tablespoon currants
Recipe Notes
- I used Marcona almonds, but you could use regular almonds, too. If you prefer a different type of nut, such as walnuts, go for it.
- If you'd like your snack sweeter, add a bit more currants. You could swap the currants for raisins or dried cranberries, if you like.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Here's how to make it:
- In a small bowl, add the cottage cheese.
- Top it with the almonds and currants. Serve immediately.
