Did you know that dark chocolate is good for your heart? It's true! Here's a quick recipe for a heart healthy (breakfast or anytime) smoothie for two. Bonus: Kids love it!
- 2 bananas
- 4 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 cups vanilla non-dairy milk (I use almond milk)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
