Vegan Smoothies: How to Make a Healthy Dark Chocolate Smoothie!

Did you know that dark chocolate is good for your heart? It's true! Here's a quick recipe for a heart healthy (breakfast or anytime) smoothie for two. Bonus: Kids love it! 

You'll need: 

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 cups vanilla non-dairy milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Here's how to make it:

  • Blend all ingredients!
