The meatballs are on the table in about 20 minutes.
To make these tasty meatballs you will need an onion, fresh parsley, fresh mint leaves, fresh oregano, healthy garlic, lemon-pepper seasoning, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground meat of choice (lamb, chicken, beef) and olive oil to pan-fry them in. Make these meatballs round or go traditional Mediterranean and shape them as ovals. Either way, the fantastic flavor is still the same.
These quick and easy meatballs can be served for lunch, dinner or as appetizers at get-togethers. Regardless if you serve these for dinner with side dishes, in a pita for lunch or as an appetizer, they beg for tzatziki sauce. Don't let them down!

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pound ground lamb, ground beef or ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe Notes
- You could also skewer these meatballs and cook them on an indoor or outdoor grill.
- Store any leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the fridge.
Here's how to make it:
- Put the onion, parsley, mint, oregano and garlic cloves into a food processor. Pulse until chopped and combined. Put the mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Add the lemon-pepper seasoning, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper and lamb. Mix until just combined. Shape into round or long meatballs (about 16).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until golden on all sides and cooked through, about 5 to 8 minutes.
- Serve with desired side dishes or thread onto skewers to appetizers or pita wraps.
