I love Mediterranean foods! Tzatziki sauce is no exception. When I don’t have a lot of time, this particular lazy tzatziki recipe is so easy to put together to get that wonderful taste with very little time.
To make this shortcut Greek-inspired sauce recipe, you will need just a handful of simple ingredients. Here is your gluten-free shopping list: Greek yogurt, fresh lemons for juicing, olive oil, garlic powder, dried mint, salt and a bit of milk to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Use this easy five-minute Mediterranean tzatziki sauce as a salad dressing or dip. I recently served them with my baked broccoli cheddar wedges and it was fantastic.
You also could drizzle the low-sodium sauce over grilled chicken, fish or shrimp, or dunk other appetizers in it, such as fresh cut vegetables, french fries or chicken wings.
