Roasted potatoes are one of my all-time favorite side dishes. But I'm not the only one because the roasted potatoes recipes on 30Seconds are always fan favorites. I think it's because potatoes go so well with almost anything – from roasted chicken to pork chops to meatloaf to steak to fried chicken and even grilled lamb.
This crispy caramelized onion butter roasted potatoes recipe is not only crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, but loaded with caramelized onion butter flavor. This is another recipe that uses my new favorite spice blend: Kinder's Caramelized Onion Butter Seasoning. After making my caramelized onion butter baked chicken (it was delicious), I knew I had to find more ways to use the spice.
You only need three ingredients to make these gluten-free baked potatoes. Here is your shopping list: small potatoes (Yukon gold, red or white), Kinder's Caramelized Onion Butter Seasoning and olive oil. For color, you can grab parsley flakes, too. The potatoes are coated in the spice blend and oil, then baked for about 40 minutes.
These low-sodium buttery baked potatoes are the perfect side dish with any dinner.

- 3/4 - 1 pound small Yukon gold, red or white potatoes, cut in half

- 1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
