Smoky Roasted Paprika Potatoes Recipe Is Crispy & Creamy (5 Ingredients) by Donna John
Roasted potatoes are a side dish that go well with almost anything. From roasted chicken to pork chops to meatloaf to steak to fried chicken and even grilled lamb, you can't go wrong with a bowl of potatoes that have been baked to creamy, crispy perfection.
This roasted potatoes recipe is not only crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, but also smoky and garlicky. You only need five ingredients to make these gluten-free baked potatoes. Here is your shopping list: small potatoes (Yukon gold, red or white), garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley flakes and olive oil. The potatoes are coated in the spices and oil, then baked for about 40 minutes.
These low-sodium smoky baked potatoes are the perfect side dish with any dinner. While the potatoes bake, prepare the protein, or bake them both together in the oven. I baked caramelized onion butter chicken thighs (recipe coming soon) with the potatoes and added a side of broccoli.
