This quick and easy three-ingredient apple brownie recipe has minimal prep, mixes up quickly and bakes up to one sweet bite. These applesauce brownies will definitely satisfy that sweet tooth!
The ingredient list is short and sweet (just the way I like it). To make these brownies you need white chocolate chips, unsweetened applesauce and flour. The white chocolate chips are melted in the microwave, then mixed with the applesauce and flour. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
These brownies are sweet! You can taste the white chocolate and applesauce in each bite. Despite being so sweet, each square only has 113 calories (approximately). Serve these brownies as a quick snack or for dessert.

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 7 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour

- Put the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
- Melt in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Add the applesauce to the melted chocolate.
- Whisk until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Sift in the flour.
- Whisk until completely combined.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, making sure it comes up over the sides. Pour in the batter. This recipe could be doubled and baked in a 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until brownies are set and edges have started to brown.
- Let the brownies cool completely, then lift them out of the pan.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the brownies into squares. These brownies are sweet, so cut them into small squares. Store the apple brownies in an airtight container.
