  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, cut into thin slices
  • 3/4 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Here's how to make it

  1. Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling, salted water until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Stir together cream of chicken soup and sour cream in a small bowl. Add to cauliflower and toss to combine. Transfer the cauliflower mixture to an oiled 8x8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle casserole with the cheddar cheese. Dot with butter slices.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven until casserole is bubbly, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with paprika, for garnish, if desired.
