This shortcut vegetarian aioli dip recipe adds both flavor and fun to appetizers, snacks or meals any time of day. Here's your short shopping list: mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and roasted garlic powder. You simply mix the ingredients then head straight to flavortown!

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I used light mayonnaise)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1/3 teaspoon roasted garlic powder

Recipe Notes
- I prefer to use fresh-squeezed lemon juice, but you can use bottled lemon juice, if needed.
- To lighten things up, use light or reduced-fat mayonnaise. (I used Hellman's Light Mayonnaise.)
- You can use minced garlic instead of garlic powder.
- Feel free to use more or less garlic powder, depending on how strong you want the flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- In a bowl or ramekin, add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
