Ingredients
- 28 ounces frozen whole kernel corn
- 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- To add some color, garnish with chopped green onions or fresh chives.
- For some heat, you can add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave.

- Put all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
